About modification of some regulations (use of the principle of the equal treatment of the men and women performing independent activities)

This law partially shifts (Article 2-5, 7, 8 and 12) the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2010/41/EU of July 7, 2010 about use of the principle of the equal treatment of the men and women performing independent activities, and about cancellation of the Directive of Council 86/613/EEC, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 180 of July 15, 2010, CELEX: 32010L0041, taking into account the last changes made by the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2024/1500 of May 14, 2024.
Art. I. – In part (2) article 17 of the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 72-73, 485), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "on stipulated by the legislation old-age pension and benefit for burial."
