About introduction of amendments to the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2026 No. 321/2025
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2026 No. 321/2025 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 659-661, 798) to make the following changes:
1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Art. 1. – Funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2026 affirm according to the income in the amount 18 999 726,2 thousand lei and to expenses as the amount 19 384 935,2 thousand lei, with deficit in the amount of 385 209,0 thousand lei.".
2. State appendix 1 in the following edition:
