About introduction of amendments to the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2026 No. 320/2025
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2026 No. 320/2025 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 659-661, 796) to make the following changes:
1. In Article 1 in both cases of figure "51 454 878,8" to replace with figures "52 803 387,3".
2. Add the law with Article 14-1 of the following content:
"Art. 14-1. – In departure from provisions of Item and) parts (3) article 60 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014 the National cash desk of social insurance has the right to redistribute with the permission of the Ministry of Finance the approved assignments between subprogrammes, including within transfers of special purpose from the government budget.".
3. State appendices 1 and 2 in the following edition:
