About introduction of amendments to the Law on payment services and electronic money No. 114/2012

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on payment services and electronic money No. 114/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 193-197, 661), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Item 8) parts (Article 15 to add 1) with words ", including meet the requirements about receipt of preliminary permission of National Bank or about the prior notice of National Bank according to Article 16-1".
