About introduction of amendments to the Law on agreements on financial provision No. 184/2016

This law shifts subitems (v) and (vi) of Item (c), Item (e) of part (2) and part (6) Articles 1, and also article 9a of the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2002/47/EC of June 6, 2002 about agreements on financial provision, published in the Official magazine of the European Union of L 168 of June 27, 2002, CELEX: 32002L0047, taking into account the last changes made by the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2025/1 of November 27, 2024.
Art. I. - In the Law on agreements on financial provision No. 184/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 293-305, 622), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add with formula of harmonization of the following content:
"This law shifts the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2002/47/EC of June 6, 2002 about agreements on financial provision, published in the Official magazine of the European Union of L 168 of June 27, 2002, CELEX: 32002L0047, taking into account the last changes made by the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2025/1 of November 27, 2024.".
2. In all text of the law of the word "monetary claims" in the corresponding number and case shall be replaced with words "private requirements" in the corresponding number and case.
part (to state 6) in the following edition:
"(6) This law does not affect the situations containing in the Law on credit agreements with consumers No. 202/2013 and in the Law on improvement of the banks and the bank resolution No. 232/2016, and provisions containing in the legislation on improvement and the resolution of the central partners, and also the provisions containing in the legislation on improvement and the resolution of insurance or reinsurance companies.";
