About introduction of amendments to the Law on safe implementation of nuclear and radiological activities No. 132/2012
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on safe implementation of nuclear and radiological activities No. 132/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 229-233, 739), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. To add article 4 after the prolog with concept of the following content:
"the accelerator of particles - the equipment or installation in which particles accelerate, emitting ionizing radiation with energy of more 1,0 of MEV (1 mega-electron-volt);".
2. Item f) parts (Article 19 to state 3) in the following edition:
"f) use of sources of ionizing radiation and accelerators of particles in the medical and scientific purposes;".
3. In the column second of appendix 4 6 to state line item in the following edition:
"Use of sources of ionizing radiation and accelerators of particles in the medical and scientific purposes".
Art. II. - To the government in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
