About introduction of amendments to the Law on the organization and functioning of Single national service of the emergency challenges of the 112th No. 174/2014

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the organization and functioning of Single national service of the emergency challenges of the 112th No. 174/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 231-237, 533), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In preamble of the word "This Law Is Legal Base for Creation and Functioning of Single National Service of the Emergency Challenges 112 in the Republic of Moldova and Provides Observance of Article" shall be replaced with words "This law creates the legal basis for the organization and functioning of Single national service of the emergency challenges 112 in the Republic of Moldova, including necessary basis for enforcement of Articles 3 and 4 of the Decision of the European parliament and Council No. 585/2014/EU of May 15, 2014 about implementation of interoperable service eCall at the level of the EU and Article 5 of Regulations (EU) 2015/758 European parliament and Council of April 29, 2015 about requirements to approval of type for equipment of vehicles the onboard eCall system on the basis of service 112 and about modification of the Directive 2007/46/EU, and shifts Article".

2. In Article 2:

after the concept "center of acceptance of the emergency challenges 112 (TsPEV)" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"emergency communication - according to the definition given in the Law on electronic communications No. 72/2025;";

after the concept "dispatching service of the emergency reaction" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"eCall - the emergency challenge from vehicle board on number 112, performed or automatically by operation of sensors onboard the vehicle, or manually in case of which the minimum set of standard data is transmitted through networks of electronic communications public of mobile radio communication and is established the audiochannel between the vehicle and the center of acceptance of the emergency challenges 112;";
