No. ZR-177 "About insurance and insurance activity" (further - the Law) after the words "on the basis" to add part 4 of article 11.1 of the Law of April 9, 2007 with the words "in the envelope sealed and subject to sealing signed by the head of executive body or his / her deputy, or in electronic form".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 112 of the Law after the words "in envelope" with the words "or in electronic form".
Article 3. To add part 2 of article 113 of the Law after the words "in envelope" with the words "or in electronic form".
Article 4. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
