About entering of amendments into the Law "About Bank Secrecy"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 16, 2026

Article 1. No. ZR-80 "About bank secrecy" (further - the Law) after the words "in envelope" to add part 2 of article 10 of the Law of October 7, 1996 with the words "or in electronic form".

Article 2. In article 11 of the Law:

Part 1.1 after the words "on the basis" to add 1) with the words "in the closed and closed part in the envelope signed by the head of executive body or person replacing it or in electronic form";

Part 2 after the word "in envelope" to add 2) with the words "or in electronic form".

Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
