About entering of amendments into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Of June 30, 2021 after words of "withdrawal of documents" to add part 3 of Article 214 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) with words ", and also withdrawals of documents in electronic form".

Article 2. In article 239 of the Code:

To add 1) with part 11.1 following of content:

"11.1. Withdrawal of the documents which are bank or adjacent secrecy can be also made in electronic form. In this case the resolution on withdrawal and the documents which are subject to withdrawal are transferred in electronic form.";

2) part 12 after the word to "representative". add with new offers of the following content: "If withdrawal of the documents which are bank or adjacent secrecy is made in electronic form, then in the protocol the mark about it becomes: "The copy of the protocol on withdrawal is handed to person from whom the documents which are bank or adjacent secrecy in electronic form were withdrawn.";

To add 3) with part 13 of the following content:

"13. In case of withdrawal in electronic form the document confirming the withdrawal fact which is loaded automatically is attached to the protocol of withdrawal.".

Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
