About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Prevention of Spousal and Domestic Violence and Protection of Persons Which Underwent to Spousal and Domestic Violence"

Article 1. No. ZR-320 "About prevention of spousal and domestic violence and protection of persons which underwent to spousal and domestic violence" (further - the Law) after the words "grandfather" to add Item 1 of part 1 of article 4 of the Law of December 13, 2017 with the words "grandson".
Article 2. In the first offer of part 1 of article 6 of the Law of the word "The Prevention Is Applied" shall be replaced with words "The decision on application of the prevention is made and applied by the competent employee of police", and the same part after the third offer to add with the new offer of the following content: "The form of the decision on application of the prevention is determined by the Minister of Internal Affairs.".
Article 3. In article 7 of the law:
1) part 1 after the second offer to add with the new offer of the following content: "The form of the decision on urgent intervention is determined by the Minister of Internal Affairs.";
2) exclude the third offer from part 8;
To add 3) with part 8.1 following of content:
"8.1. When there is reasonable assumption of danger of repeating or continuation of violence and person which underwent to spousal and domestic violence, or person which is on its care reports to the competent police officer about the desire to be placed in shelter, the competent police officer takes measures for delivery it in shelter, does not leave until it takes away the personal belongings from the residence, and constitutes the protocol of safety in which the existing risks are specified. The form of the protocol of safety is established by the Minister of Internal Affairs.".
