About modification and amendments in the Law "Code of Respectability and Discipline of Police"

Article 1. In Item 2 of part 1 of article 1 of the Law of October 2, 2025 words "the normative order or other subordinate regulation" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-315 "Code of respectability and discipline of police" (further - the Law) "the order or another".
Article 2. To add article 2 of the law with part 4 following of content:
"4. In three-day time after acceptance by the head of authorized body of the legal act about the appointment to the corresponding position according to the procedure established regarding the candidate for the first time appointed to position in competent division on the official site of authorized body final part of the advisory proceeding about conscientiousness of nominated person is published. In case of representation by person of written objections against the conclusion and written consent of this person these objections are also published.".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 14 of the Law of the word of "disciplinary violation" shall be replaced with words "violations", and words of "disciplinary violations" - words of "violations".
Article 4. In part 5 of Article 22 and in Item 1 of part 1 of article 26 of the Law of the word "completion of the corresponding criminal proceedings" shall be replaced with words "the introduction in legal force of the final procedural act concerning this police officer".
Article 5. Regarding 3rd article 25 of the Law of the word to "the parties of office investigation" shall be replaced with words to "the police officer suspected of violation making".
Article 6. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
