About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Investment Funds"

In part 10 of article 71 of the Law of December 22, 2010 "About investment funds" (further - the Law) the words "in the republican press with a circulation at least 3000 copies" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-245 "on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia which is on adresuhttp://www.azdarar.am".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 75 of the law of the word "in the republican press extended with a circulation at least 3000 copies" shall be replaced with words "on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia, at the address http://www.azdarar.am".
Article 3. In part 6 of article 79 of the Law of the word "in the republican printing edition with a circulation at least 3000 copies" shall be replaced with words "on the website of the managing director, on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia, at the address http://www.azdarar.am".
Article 4. In article 80 of the law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 5 of the word "in republican seal with a circulation at least 3000 copies" "on the managing director's website, and also on the official site of public announcements of the Republic of Armenia, at the address http://www.azdarar.am";
2) in part 6;
and. in the first offer of the word "one copy of the newspaper which published balance" shall be replaced with words "identification number of the public notification on balance or the electronic document confirming the fact of the publication of the announcement, and also the reference to the public notification"
