About modification and amendments in the Law "About Secured Mortgage Bonds"

Article 1. In article 21 of the Law of May 26, 2008 No. ZR-97 "About secured mortgage bonds":
1) in part 2 to exclude the words "in the press with circulation at least two thousand and", and to add the same part after the words "on the official site of the Central bank" with the words "and on the official site of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia, at the address http://www.azdarar.am";
2) in part 5 to exclude the words "through the press with circulation at least two thousand and", and to add the same part after the words "on the official site of the Central bank" with the words "and on the official site of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia, at the address http://www.azdarar.am".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
