About modification and amendments in the Law "About Bankruptcy"

Article 1. In article 46 of the Law of December 25, 2006 No. ZR-51 "About bankruptcy" (further - the Law):
1) in part 6 of the word "publishes in the mass media publishing data on state registration of legal entities" shall be replaced with words "performs the public notification";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in part 8 of the word "from the moment of the publication in the press publishing data on state registration of legal entities" "from the moment of the public notification";
In paragraphs one and the second parts 9 of the word "in the mass media publishing data on state registration of legal entities" shall be replaced with words 3) "by the public notification".
Article 2. Regarding 3rd article 69 of the Law of the word "in the mass media publishing data on state registration of legal entities" shall be replaced with words "by the public notification".
Article 3. Regarding the 2nd article 70 of the Law of the word "publishes in the mass media publishing data on state registration of legal entities" shall be replaced with words "performs the public notification on adoption of this decision".
Article 4. Regarding 6.1 articles 74 of the law of the word "in the mass media publishing data on state registration of legal entities" shall be replaced with words "by the public notification".
Article 5. In part 5 of article 76 of the Law of the word "the managing director in the mass media publishing data on state registration of legal entities" shall be replaced with words "the managing director by means of the public notification", and "mass media" shall be replaced with words words "by the public notification".
Article 6. In article 80 of the law:
