Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 6 of the Law of November 6, 2001 No. ZR-262 "About bankruptcy of banks, credit institutions, investment companies, persons providing services with use of the cryptoassets managing investment funds and insurance companies" (further - the Law) to replace the words "through the press and (or) other mass media" with the words "on the home page of bank on the Internet, and also on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia which is on adresu:http://www.azdarar.am".
Article 2. Regarding 3rd article 23.5 of the Law to exclude the words "in the press with circulation at least 2000 copies in the Republic of Armenia", to add the same part after the words "on the homepage" with the words "on the official site of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia, at the address http://www.azdarar.am".
Article 3. In article 30 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3 words "in the press and other mass media" "on the website of bank, and also on the official site of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia to the address http://www.azdarar.am";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in part 6 of the word "in the press with circulation at least 2000 copies" "on the website of bank, and also on the official site of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia to the address http://www.azdarar.am";
3) in part 7:
and. in the first offer of the word "one copy of the newspaper which published balance" shall be replaced with words "identification number of the public notification on balance or the electronic document confirming the fact of the publication of the notification and also the reference to the public notification",
