About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Banks and Banking Activity"

Article 1. In part 5 of article 21.11 of the Law of June 30, 1996 No. ZR-68 "About banks and banking activity" (further - the Law) to exclude the words "press and" and "others".

Article 5. Regarding 3rd article 74 of the Law shall be replaced with words the word "in the press" "on the Internet, on the homepage of bank, and also on the official site of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia, at the address http://www.azdarar.am".
Article 6. In article 75 of the law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3 words "in the press with circulation at least 2000 copies" "on the Internet, on the website of bank, and also on the official site of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia to the address http://www.azdarar.am";
