About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Tax Service"

Article 1. In article 12 of the Law of July 3, 2002 No. ZR-407 "About Tax Service" (further - the Law):

1) in part 1:

4) part 4 to recognize invalid.

Article 2. To add article 15 of the law with part 5 of the following content:

"5. In tax authority the following positions of Tax Service are determined by groups of positions:

1) the highest positions of Tax Service:

and. head of department of tax supervision,

2) main positions of Tax Service:

and. assistant department head of Tax Administration,

. head of department of Tax Administration,

century assistant department head of Tax Administration,

chief specialist of Tax Administration,

chief tax officer of Tax Administration,

e. executive operational director of Tax Administration;
