About entering of amendment and change into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. In the Item "d" of part 1 of article 29 of the Law of December 27, 1997 No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further - the Law), after the words "during the winter period." to add the new offer of the following content: "The privilege provided in this Item can be also used by persons which are taking off air transport who take off through those airlines which did not perform flights by the code to the airports specified in this Item, but organized and performed the flights on the aircrafts operated under the agreement of wet leasing (WetLease), and these airports were considered unattended in value of this Item on start date of flights".
Article 2. To state paragraph two of the Item "e" of part 1 of article 29 of the Law in the following edition:
"The privilege provided by this Item is provided for 36 months (with possibility of prolongation to two times inclusive for 24 months) which is calculated in decreasing order of months, since the beginning of maiden voyage of the first airline answering to the conditions which are the cornerstone of provision of privilege in this direction. The procedure for application of the effective period of privilege established by this Item including procedure for prolongation of term, and also requirements imposed to the unattended direction and the minimum frequency of accomplishment of flights by air carrier affirm the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2020.
Article 4. Necessary changes in the subordinate regulatory legal acts caused by adoption of this law are brought within three months from the date of the introduction of this law in force.
