About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 443 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) of May 5, 2021:
Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. Illegal enrichment increase of property, reduction of obligations or expenses of person obliged to submit the declaration to the commission on prevention of corruption for the accounting period which considerably exceed its legal income and do not come true them reasonably if there are no signs of other crime which is the basis for illegal enrichment:
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to six years.";
To add 2) with part 3 following of content:
"3. In sense of this Article person having obligation to provide the declaration to the commission on the prevention of corruption, the officials who submitted the declaration according to the law "About Public Service", members of their families according to the constitutional law "About Batches", the officials who submitted the declaration and also the officials who submitted the situational declaration upon the demand of the commission on the prevention of corruption within two years after the termination of the job responsibilities are considered.".
Article 2. In article 444 of the code:
1) to state heading in the following edition:
"Article 444. Submission of false data in declarations, concealment of the data which are subject to declaring or non-presentation of the declaration by person having obligation to represent the declaration to the commission on prevention of corruption"
Shall be replaced with words 2) in parts 1 and 2 of the word "established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia" "The commission on prevention of corruption".
Article 3. In appendix 1 to the Code of the word "established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "The commission on prevention of corruption".
