About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of March 4, 1996 No. ZR-42 "About medical care and servicing of the population" (further - the Law):
The word "postgraduate" to replace 1) in Item 22.2 with the word "postdegree";
2) to state Item 42 in the following edition:
"42) the Commission on ethics of health workers - the body provided by this law, considering cases of abuse of regulations of professional ethics of the health worker and making decisions, and also commenting on rules of professional ethics of the health worker;".
Article 2. To state Item 2.1 of part 5 of article 11 of the Law in the following edition:
"2. 1) Fund of general medical insurance when conducting checks and monitoring of process and workmanship of the agreements signed between Fund of general medical insurance and the medical organizations, and also drugstores for benefit of insured person, and also persons receiving the minimum amount of medical care and services or additional services as it is provided by the Law "About General Medical Insurance";".
Article 3. In Item 8.1 of part 1 of article 31 of the Law to replace the word "postgraduate" with the word "postdegree".
Article 4. State article 37 of the law in the following edition:
"Article 37. Procedure for forming of the commission on ethics of health workers, requirements to members and to activities
