Article 1. Of December 6, 1985 to state article 113 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses (further - the code) in the following edition:
Article 113. Violation of requirements of the Law "About the Responsible Treatment of Animals"
1. Carrying out surgical intervention without anesthesia:
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage, on official persons - in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Disclaimer of property or content of animal before transfer of animal to the new owner or the corresponding shelter or deliberate or negligent leaving of animal:
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of the thirtyfold established minimum wage, on official persons - in the amount of the eightyfold established minimum wage.
3. Leaving of animal in the circle incompatible with its life activity:
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage, on official persons - in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
4. Animal husbandry in shelters either natural or artificial insemination of animal which is dangerous to their health:
attracts imposing of penalty concerning physical persons in the amount of twentyfold to the thirtyfold size of the established minimum wage, concerning official persons - in the amount of eightyfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
5. Instigation of animals to each other or settling by animals of incompatible types in the same territory or animals of the same type in the same territory between whom there was aggression, attack or fight:
attracts imposing of penalty concerning physical persons in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage, officials in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
