About modification in the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. State part 4 of Article 57 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) of June 15, 2022 in the following edition:
"4. In the conditions of hospital the convicts needing medical care and servicing are transferred to penal institution in which there is medical division having the corresponding license for medical attendance and servicing.".
Article 2. To state part 4 of article 59 of the Code in the following edition:
"4. In case of need in medical care and servicing the convict is transferred to the medical division located in this criminal and executive organization, and the convicts needing medical care and servicing in hospital conditions are transferred to criminal and executive organization where there is medical division having the corresponding license.".
Article 3. To exclude the words "and in medical criminal and executive institution" from part 2 of article 64 of the code.
Article 4. To recognize part 3.1 of article 91 of the Code invalid.
Article 5. To state part 7 of article 106 of the code in the following edition:
"7. In case of transfer time of content of the criminal and executive organization condemned in medical division condemned from punishment cell in medical division of criminal and executive organization is set off punishment departure in time.".
Article 6. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
