About modification and amendments in some orders

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2020 No. 85 "About approval of Rules of carrying out in the state forest fund of the works which are not connected with forest management and forest utilization" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 20327) the following amendment:

6) in case of production of uranium and popular minerals:

the contract for subsurface use in case of uranium production by method of underground borehole lixiviation or the license for subsurface use in case of production of popular minerals;

availability of the corresponding ecological permission or positive conclusion of the state environmental assessment.
