1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 864 "Some questions of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Industry ministry and constructions of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 19:
4) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"4) if other is not established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, appoints to positions and dismisses the chief of staff of the Ministry, heads of departments of the Ministry, heads of the subordinated organizations of the Ministry;";
add with subitems 4-1), 4-2), 4-3) and 4-4) of the following content:
"4-1) concerning the chief of staff of the Ministry and heads of departments of the Ministry if other is not established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, makes decisions on:
to provision, leave transfer, provision of additional paid vacation days or response from paid annual labor leave and (or) from additional paid vacation days;
to imposing of authority punishment;
to the termination of public service, dismissal (termination of powers);
to recovery in public service and (or) in position;
4-2) approves qualification requirements to the positions connected with execution of managerial functions in the state legal entities of the Ministry in coordination with authorized body or its territorial subdivision on the basis of standard qualification requirements;
4-3) approves rules of the labor schedule of government employees of the Ministry on the basis of standard rules of the labor schedule of government employees;
4-4) makes the decision on rewarding with departmental awards (deprivation of departmental awards);";
