About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Create public institution "Management of police on transport on LRT objects" Department of police on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - public institution).
2. Determine that financing of public institution is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget on content of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Bring in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan the following change and amendment:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in the list of the territorial authorities which are under authority of the Ministry, and territorial subdivisions of its departments:
Section "1. Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
add in the line, sequence number 261-1, of the following content:
"261-1. Management of police on transport on objects of LRT of Department of police on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
2) for office use.
4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2027.
