About liquidation of the State agency of reserve

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Liquidate the State agency of reserve.

2. Determine that statement term creditors of the requirements to the State agency of reserve constitutes two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. Create the commission on liquidation of the State agency of reserve (further - liquidation commission).

Approve as the chairman of liquidation commission of the head of department of financial provision, financial accounting and relations with the state companies - the chief accountant of the State agency of reserve Kovalchuk Alexander Leonidovich.

To the chairman of liquidation commission:

approve staff of liquidation commission;

provide implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of the State agency of reserve;

provide transfer at book value of material values of the state material reserve, including razbronirovanny material values of mobilization reserve which are on balance of the State agency of reserve, to the ministries, other central executive bodies, and also local executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (on the sphere of management or industry of national economy) for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of mobilization tasks by them, and also further realization of such material values according to the procedure, provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the state reserves", and to heads of relevant organs to accept the specified material values on balance;

to perform transfer of the material values provided by the paragraph the sixth this Item according to the procedure, No. 1482 established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 21, 1998 "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 38, the Art. 1405);

inform in six-months time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on results of the carried-out work.

4. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
