I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this resolution:

(a) establishing timely delivery to the population of the liquefied gas in sufficient amount on the basis of step-by-step implementation of market mechanisms under the organization of rational use of the available resources;

(b) expansion of opportunities of investment attraction and private sector due to forming of long-term strategy in the field of;

(c) enhancement of the legislation regulating the sphere;

(d) implementation by supply of the liquefied gas of modern, high-speed and functional processing equipment, reducing losses and complete digitalization of system.

II. Implementation of market mechanisms in providing with the liquefied gas

2. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Economics and finance, and also the Department of Energy on:

(a) to formation of LPG-Trade Limited liability company (further - LPG-Trade LLC) in case of establishment of JSC Hududgaztajminot for the purpose of specialization of functions in the field of supply of the population with the liquefied gas, ensuring financial transparency of these activities and step-by-step implementation of market mechanisms;

(b) to development of strategy of liberalization of the market of the liquefied gas with involvement of the international consulting companies.

3. Determine that in the republic in system of supply with the liquefied gas market mechanisms step by step take root. At the same time:
