I. Purposes

1. Determine the main target indicators of development of the electrotechnical industry till 2030:

(a) finishing production volume in industry to 130 trillion sum, export volume - to 5 billion US dollars;

(b) investment attraction of 3 billion US dollars and finishing number occupied in industry to 50 thousand people;

(c) implementation of large-scale scientific and technological transformation in industries, finishing the production rate of products with value added from copper raw materials to 35 percent;

(d) finishing share of domestic electrotechnical production within the public procurements conducted by budget customers to 70 percent.

II. Measures of financial support of the companies and privilege

2. Determine that since October 1, 2026 for the companies of the electrotechnical industry:

(a) through commercial banks the credits for providing with current assets with the following provisions are allocated:

(i) at the expense of means of "The Company on Trade Development" joint-stock company (further - the Company) for a period of up to 2 years, including grace period 3 months, at the rate of 6 annual interest rates (from them margin of bank - 2 percent) in the amount of no more than 5 million US dollars on one subject of entrepreneurship.
