"1. Establish export ban from the Russian Federation in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan of cash of the Russian Federation physical persons in the amount exceeding 1 million rubles, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs regardless of the amount, except as specified, if:
a) currency export, called in paragraph one of this Item, is performed through air check points through frontier of the Russian Federation at the international airports of the Russian Federation determined by the Government of the Russian Federation, in the presence concerning all amount of the exported cash of the Russian Federation of bank statements which are certified according to the procedure, established by the credit institution which issued them, and confirm removal of currency of the Russian Federation from bank accounts (deposits) of the physical persons, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing export of such currency, or other documents which list is established by the Government of the Russian Federation;
b) currency export, called in paragraph one of this Item, is performed by legal entities within international carriages in case of which the point of departure and destination are located outside the Russian Federation, on condition of confirmation of the fact of import of such currency to the Russian Federation;
