About enhancement of system of life-long professional education in the field of medicine and pharmaceutics
For the purpose of implementation of modern system of continuous professional development of health and pharmaceutical workers, and also its enhancement on the basis of the best foreign practices and the international educational standards I decide:
1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this resolution:
(a) finishing scope of health and pharmaceutical workers life-long professional education to 100 percent on the basis of digitalization of all processes in system of life-long professional education;
(b) ensuring system carrying out industry accreditation of providers and programs of life-long education;
(c) effective organization of organization activity of life-long professional education and implementation of mechanisms of quality assurance.
2. Approve:
(a) The plan died on implementation of system of continuous professional development in the field of health care according to appendix No. 1 *;
(b) Target indicators of enhancement of system of life-long professional education in the field of medicine and pharmaceutics according to appendix No. 2*.
3. Implement since July 1, 2027 for health and pharmaceutical workers the new system of life-long professional medical education (further - life-long education) providing:
(a) implementation of training programs of life-long education by the state and non-state educational and medical organizations the, and also non-state non-profit organizations in the field of medicine and pharmaceutics which underwent the corresponding accreditation (further - providers of life-long education);
