1. Determine the main objectives of providing the safe and based on respect working environment in the field of work (safe workplace):

(a) implementation of effective system of the prevention of the actions directed to oppression, sexual and physical abuse, sexual harassment, psychological pressure, prosecution, discrimination and abuse of the official position in the field of work in these purposes (further - cases of oppression and violence) and acceptances of corrective actions concerning them;

(b) digitalization of processes of acceptance of addresses about the made cases of oppression and violence in the field of work, objective assessment of such cases and establishment of strict control on them;

(c) strengthening of guarantees of protection of personal data of the citizens who addressed in cases of oppression and violence in the field of work;

(d) the prevention of concealment of offenses in cases of oppression and violence against workers in the field of work or made by them.
