Bring in Item 31-1 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of the medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, Art. 3217; 2022, No. 40, the Art. 2176), changes which are applied.

1. Third subitem 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"acceptance, storage by licensees of medicines, active pharmaceutical ingredients, the excipients used for production of medicines, and joint products in storage facilities, data on which are absent in the licensed register on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) or belonging to other licensee, and also leave/shipment of medicines and joint products from such storage facilities on condition of ensuring their quality and traceability;".
