According to part four of article 14-1 of the Law of Ukraine of "Basis of the legislation of Ukraine about health protection", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 90),

I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Procedure for development of industry standards in the field of health care on the basis of evidential medicine;

2) Regulations on the list of medico-technological documents on standardization of the medical and rehabilitation care;

3) Technique of development, viewing and updating of sheets of material equipment;

4) Technique of development of the system of indicators of quality of the medical/rehabilitation care;

5) the Technique of development and deployment of standards of the medical and rehabilitation care, clinical protocols and protocols of rendering the rehabilitation help in the field of health care on the basis of evidential medicine;

6) Technique of creation of the medicinal form;

7) Regulations on the multidisciplinary working group on development, review and updating of sheets of material equipment.

2. Determine that the state company "State Expert Centre of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" or its legal successor performs information and methodical maintenance of development of industry standards in the field of health care, material and organizational and methodical ensuring training of members of multidisciplinary groups.

3. To provide to the state company "State Expert Centre of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" or its legal successor filling and functioning of the list of medico-technological documents on standardization of the medical and rehabilitation care.
