In recent years in our country large-scale work on systematization of procedure for hunting and training of hunters, implementation is carried out to the sphere of advanced technologies, to increase in biological diversity in hunting farms, to employment of local population by development of infrastructure of hunting tourism, to protection and rational use of fauna.
At the same time there is need of accurate determination of procedure for allocation of the parcels of land for the organization of hunting farms, enhancement of mechanisms of implementation of hunting only in the established places, digitalization of processes of issue of the documents relating to hunting.
This Law to some legal acts makes the changes and additions directed to enhancement of procedure for issue of hunting tickets and permits, strengthening of evidence-based procedure for establishment and distribution of quotas for getting of wild animals, hunting implementation establishment only in the places of hunting assigned to hunting farms and also in places of free implementation of hunting, the organization of hunting farms on the lands which are not intended for agricultural industry and lands of forest fund.
This Law serves creation of single and transparent legal mechanisms in the field of hunting, to strengthening of the state control, ensuring rational use of resources of wild animals.
