About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning preparation and carrying out appeal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and medical examination
For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for preparation and carrying out appeal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, medical examination of citizens, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for preparation and carrying out appeal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2024 No. 786 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for preparation and carrying out appeal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the paragraph the second Item 24 after the words "and also secretary" to add with the words "and the senior doctor (on the state)";
- in Item 25:
declare subitem 1 invalid;
state subitem 2 in the following edition:
"2) till November 15 to provide by means of interdepartmental digital interaction of information about the citizens who are subject to primary statement on military accounting from the state digital technological systems in the digital technological Asker system (further - TsTS "Asker").
Data are requested by means of digital platforms of state bodies and the organizations, including:
from digital technological systems of the organizations of health care:
- the information about persons staying on the psychiatric and narcological dispensary registry;
- data on the carried-out vaccination;
- statements from medical documentation, necessary for performing medical examination;
from digital technological systems of social security authorities - the information about persons with disability;
