103) ensuring compliance with the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of mobilization preparation and mobilization;
104) in case of the announcement of mobilization the organization and providing in interaction with local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan carrying out complex of actions for transfer of the organizations into the mode of warlike situation;
105) development and (or) approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of mobilization preparation and mobilization in the spheres assigned to Committee;
106) entering into authorized body in the field of mobilization preparation of suggestions for improvement of mobilization preparation and mobilization;
107) participation in carrying out military-economic and command-staff exercise;
108) implementation of other functions, stipulated by the legislation Republic of Kazakhstan.".
