in the line "industry" state services of general nature; defense; public order, safety, legal, judicial, criminal and executive activities; education; health care; public assistance and social security; engineering and communication infrastructure; water supply and water disposal; culture, sport, tourism and information space; gas supply; heat-and-power engineeering; agricultural industry; environmental protection; water resources; industry; transport; communications; others;
in the line "area (region)" name of area, city of republican value, capital;
in the line "the project status (the proceeding / new projects)" new projects are projects on which there is no financing from the republican budget prior to the beginning of planning period.
Expenses on budget investments on each project are not declared with the financing period exceeding the normative period of realization established in the corresponding documentation (the feasibility statement, financial and economic reasons, the design estimates) taking into account time necessary on holding competitive procedures.
