According to Items 1 and 30 of part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the paragraph of the sixth Item 2 of Article 28 of the Section V of the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the reporting by depository institutions in the National commission on securities and the stock market which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of June 11, 2013 No. 992 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for the reporting by depository institutions in the National commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 05, 2013 at No. 1126/23658 (with changes).
3. To provide to department of methodology submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To provide to management of administrative activities promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
5. After state registration of the decision by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to department of legal development publication of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
6. This decision becomes effective since July 01, 2026, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its official publication.
