About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of updating of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Recognize invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for maintaining the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 8, 2009 No. 743;
2) Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About accounting treatment for the regulatory legal acts containing the state secrets" of March 16, 2010 No. 154;
3) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments and changes into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 10, 2013 No. 327;
4) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for maintaining the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 8, 2009 No. 743" of November 19, 2014 No. 657.
2. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since August 7, 2026.
