1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for documents acceptance on registration, personification and issue of the travel document of the refugee" of January 31, 2026 No. 49 the following changes:
To add 1) in Item 2 after the word of "personification" with the words "and issue";
2) in Regulations on the procedure for documents acceptance on registration, personification and issue of the travel document of the refugee approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Chapter 1 in the following edition:
"Chapter 1. General provisions
1. The provision determines procedures of acceptance and document creation, personification, production, accounting, issue, exchange, withdrawal and destruction of the travel document of the refugee issued to the acknowledged refugee in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. In this Provision the following concepts are used:
the automated information system (further - AIS) - the system which is set of program hardware, intended for automation of the activities connected with collection, storage, transfer and data processing of refugees;
