About introduction of temporary ban on import (import) of forages for fishes on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of support and stimulation of development of national production of forages for fishes, according to Articles 29, 47 Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides ensuring food security, development of aquaculture, and also decrease in dependence of the domestic market on import products:
1. Establish temporary ban for a period of six months on import (import) of forages for fishes on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic from goods subline item "other" 2309 90, except for:
1) forages for fishes:
- made in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- placed under customs procedure of customs transit through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- specialized, imported for scientific research, the selection and experimental purposes;
- delivered within the international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic which came in the procedure established by the law into force;
- moved through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union and placed under customs procedure of customs transit till September 11, 2026;
- paid by importers till September 9, 2026 based on the corresponding written confirmation of Service of veterinary science, development of livestock production, pastures and forages under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) raw materials for fish forages from goods subline item "other" 2309 90 based on the corresponding written confirmation of the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
