"perform legality of sources of acquisition (origin) of asset, monitoring and information analysis for counteraction to illegal acquisition, conclusion and return of assets according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on return to the state of illegally acquired assets;
bring according to the procedure, determined by the Constitutional law and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the Attorney-General, acts of prosecutor's office;";
