"46-1) ensuring timely acceptance of the subordinate regulatory legal acts determining procedure for rendering the state services, and also elimination of contradictions and gaps in them;";
57) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"57) decision making about suspension or cancellation of the license or deprivation of the license of the private legal executive on the bases provided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About enforcement proceeding and the status of legal executives";";

"60) conclusion of contracts with state bodies about connection of private legal executives to public registers and digital databases;";
