1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 19, 2014 No. 994 "Questions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 15:
22) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"Develops 22) and provides timely acceptance of the subordinate regulatory legal acts determining procedure for rendering the state services and also eliminates contradictions and gaps in them;";
add with subitem 22-2) of the following content:
"22-2) provides transfer of the state service in digital and pro-active formats, including application of the automated signing of result of the state service, according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with authorized body in the field of digitalization;";
add with subitems 466-1), 466-2) and 466-3) of the following content:
"466-1) approves qualification requirements to managerial state positions of the case "B";
466-2) approves rules of the labor schedule of government employees;
466-3) approves qualification requirements to the positions connected with execution of managerial functions in the state legal entities;";
2) of Item 19 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) appoints to positions and dismisses heads of committees which are under control to it in the activities, heads of territorial subdivisions of the Ministry, heads of the subordinated organizations of the Ministry;";
state Item 21 in the following edition:
"21. The office of the Ministry is headed by the chief of staff appointed to position and dismissed by the first head of the Ministry.";
