1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 863 "Some questions of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. The ministry is forbidden to enter contractual relations with subjects of entrepreneurship regarding accomplishment of the obligations which are powers of the Ministry. If the Ministry by the laws is granted the right to perform the activities which are bringing in incomes, then the gained income goes to the government budget if other is not established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
2) of Item 14 to state the paragraph of the sixth of the subitem in the following edition:

24) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"24) is created by the need of the labor market for recognition of professional qualifications taking into account relevance of professions in the current and future periods in coordination with local executive bodies of the capital, areas and cities of republican value;";
add with subitems 37-1), 37-2) and 37-3) of the following content:
"37-1) approves qualification requirements to managerial state positions of the case "B" in coordination with authorized body for public service on the basis of standard qualification requirements to managerial state positions of the case "B";
