About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 44, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of implementation of provisions of the Directive of the European Parliament and Council 2013/36/EU of June 26, 2013 about access to activities of credit institutes and prudential supervision of credit institutes, about modification of the Directive 2002/87/EU and about cancellation of directives 2006/48/EU and 2006/49/EU and enhancement of requirements to risk management, estimates of sufficiency of domestic capital in banks of Ukraine and banking groups, procedure for determination by banks of Ukraine for the minimum extent of market risk of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. No. 64 "About approval of the Regulations on the organization of risk management system in banks of Ukraine and banking groups" (with changes) after Item 2 to add the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 11, 2018 with two new Items 2-1, 2-2 of the following content:

"2-1. To banks of Ukraine / to responsible persons of banking groups to develop/finish passports of products on products which were entered by banks till January 27, 2026 and on which the decision on their closing (termination), taking into account requirements of Items 76-1, 76-2 of Chapter 11 of the Section I of the Provision is not made:

1) on products to which changes are not made from September 01, 2026 to August 30, 2027, - till August 31, 2027;
