About simplification of procedure for entry into the Republic of Uzbekistan for the foreign citizens having internationally acknowledged visas

For the purpose of consecutive continuation of policy of the openness realized in the Republic of Uzbekistan, increases in inflow of direct foreign investments and tourists by simplification of visa system, and strengthenings of mutual cooperation in this direction I decide applications in the country of experience of the advanced foreign states:

1. Implement since September 1, 2026 practice of visa-free regime for the citizens of the Republic of India having the existing repeated entrance visas of business and tourist categories of Australia, the United States of America, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, the Republic of Korea, the State Parties of the Schengen agreement, New Zealand and Japan, and also who provided the air ticket on flight to the or third country for up to 30 days since day of entrance on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan during effective period of one of these foreign visas.

2. To committee on tourism together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, other interested ministries and departments till July 1, 2027 to carry out the profound analysis of results of execution of this Decree, in particular its influences on inflow of the Indian tourists, and also to make in Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the offer on application of this practice also to citizens of other foreign states.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the head of the department of creative economy and tourism of Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. O. Umerova.
