"3. The design of each sea oil and gas construction shall provide its resistance to the loadings operating in the course of transportation, installation in the set point and operation.
Operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment which is part of sea oil and gas constructions and (or) used when carrying out oil operations at the sea are performed according to documentation of the manufacturer, project and operational documentation, production schedules, these rules and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
