About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 9, 2022 No. 311

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 9, 2022 No. 311 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 8, 2022 No. 100" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 11, Art. 1703; 2023, No. 37, Art. 6854).

2. This resolution becomes effective after 10 days from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 9, 2022 No. 311

1. Add with Item 1 (4) the following content:

"1(4). Determine that till December 31, 2026 inclusive export out of limits of the Russian Federation of separate types of chemicals according to the list according to appendix No. 4 is performed according to the decision of the Russian Prime Minister, either the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, or the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia (according to distribution of obligations) based on offers of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.".

2. Add with Item 2 (4) the following content:

"2(4). The measure, stipulated in Item 1(4) these resolutions, does not extend:

on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation;

on the goods moved between parts of the territory of the Russian Federation through the territories of foreign states;
